Rostelecom board cancels Friday AGM, new date unknown yet

MOSCOW, Jun 30 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Russian telecom company Rostelecom has cancelled the annual general meeting (AGM) of the shareholders scheduled on Friday, the new date has not been set yet, the company said late on Thursday.

The information about a new date of a meeting upon results of 2022 will be disclosed by Rostelecom additionally after relevant decisions are made.
